  • What are your office hours? Do you open on Saturdays?

    • What about paint matching? Will it match my vehicle?We have a computer color matching system that our skilled technicians use to find colors to match you vehicle. We use PPG Global Refinishings Products. We are sure to match your vehicle’s original paint finish.

 

    • What is the timeframe for repair?It depends on the damage of a vehicle. It also depends on the type of vehicle that is brought for repair. If you request it, we will be glad to send you an estimate after we have done a thorough evaluation on the extent of damage to your vehicle and also when we have gotten information as to the delivery of parts from our suppliers.

 

    • How many estimates do I need?You are not required by law to get more than one. However, since most insurance companies ask for more estimates, you have to look for one that is able to work on your vehicle’s damage in a professional way just like CBS Auto Body Shop.

 

    • What is meant by Direct Repair Program?Repair shops like ours that are highly qualified have contracts with insurance companies and we follow the guidelines in the contract with regard to both paperwork and repair process. Repairs are faster this way the process is simplified for you. This even includes a satisfaction guarantee from the repair shop as well as the insurance company. We are affiliated with 21st Century Insurance and all other large insurance companies approve of our services.

 

    • Why is there a different estimate for the same insurance claim?Others may provide an estimate based only on external damages while others would provide an estimate on damages that have affected other parts as well.

 

 

    • What are after-market parts and OEM parts?OEM parts are made by the manufacturers themselves. After market parts are made by manufacturers outside and usually cost less than the original manufacturer’s price.

 

    • What is meant by deductible?A deductible is a part of the repair bill which you need to pay. This deductible is agreed by you and your insurance company.

 

    • What do you mean by betterment?
      This is something else that you may be asked to pay to the repair shop. This usually based on your vehicle parts that normally degrade by wear and tear.

 

 

    • What type of vehicles do you accept for repair?
      Any vehicle make or model made within the last 10 years.

 

    • Are you able to provide rental or loaner cars while my vehicle is being repaired?
      Yes we will provide a Loaner Auto absolutely free while your car Is being repaired.

 

    • Can deductibles be waived?
      There is no waiver for deductibles.

 

    • Does Auto Body Service Providers guarantee repair work?Yes, we do guarantee all repair work as long as the vehicle is your own. We will provide you with a copy of the guarantee if you need it.
